My name is James Vernon-Ellis I live near the picturesque coastal village of Llansteffan in Carmarthenshire with my family and our border terriers, Eddie and Edith.

I have lived in West Wales and worked in the residential property and insurance industry for over 15 years, building a broad knowledge of property types throughout West Wales. 

When you choose myself to conduct a property survey, you benefit from a fully independent service. I’m not affiliated with any estate agents, which means you’ll receive a non-biased, impartial, and honest assessment of the property you’re considering purchasing.

I believe that clear and consistent communication is essential. That’s why I adopt an “open-door policy” for my clients throughout the entire process, ensuring I’m always available to answer questions or provide guidance.

Property surveys contain a significant amount of information to digest. Therefore, I always  encourage you to take the time for an unhurried conversation with me once you have received the report. 

This will allow us to discuss the findings in detail and ensure you feel fully informed and satisfied with the level of service provided.

My reports are written in non-techincal jargon, simple language with infomation rich, annoted photographs.
