My name is James Vernon-Ellis, and I live near the picturesque coastal village of Llansteffan in Carmarthenshire with my family.

I have lived and worked in West Wales for over 15 years in the residential property and insurance industry, building a broad knowledge of the wide range of property types found throughout the region.
